Villa Mia can accommodate up to 34 guests, 9 rooms are the minimum requested for a minimum of 3 nights, we can lodge up to 60 guests between Villa Mia and our other two villas located few steps from Villa Mia, check www.casagrandia.com and www.villacosmica.com if you have a large group.
Reservation Policy: In order to book your dates, an initial 30% deposit will be required. A 48 hour hold will be placed upon request for payment process. After this period the dates will be released and a new request will be solicited in order to book again
Security Deposit: At the day of arrival you’ll be requested a $500 security deposit, which will be refundable, after a quick inspection of the property and verifying there are no damages during the guest’s stay.
Cancellation Policy: In case of cancellation at least 90 days and out, the Owner will try to re-let the property and return the deposit amount to the Tenant less 20% service charge. In the event that VILLA MIA PUERTO VALLARTA cannot be re-let over the exact dates of the Tenant’s reservation, the Owner will not refund any portion of the money paid.
Water: The estate has its own 50,000 gallon reservoir and purification system.
Electricity: All of the Villa’s electric plug receptacles are U.S. standard (AC 110-115) outlets.
Transfers from Airport to Resort: Shuttle service to and from the airport is available through taxi and bus services located at the Airport. We can arrange a pick up at the airport upon request.
Weather And Temperature: The climate in the Puerto Vallarta Region is tropical. Temperatures range from 70 to 90 degrees Fahrenheit (21 to 32 Celsius) year round. To check weather in Puerto Vallarta click here.
Local Points: Take time out to see the historical majesty that is Puerto Vallarta. A variety of chartered excursions are widely available, including enchanting country side and city tours, a tropical jungle tour, a scenic cruise, whale watching and a romantic dinner cruise.
Additional Information: An informative information pack, with answers to most questions from arriving guests, to meal plans and staff services will be sent to the guests 15 days prior to arrival.
